This, and the next few posts will be of things I made for a dinner party last weekend. It all went quite well, I think. I'm starting at the end here, with the hot chocolate that finished off the meal. It's incredibly rich and very yummy.
Dark chocolate, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla bean paste. I thought about using Lindt, but it was fine with Nestle.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat with milk:
Heat and stir until ready:
Pour into cups:
Add cream, and serve (see top).
